These Terms govern access to the website https://nextframe.design (“Site”) and the purchase of digital products, including Framer templates and Figma design files (“Products”). The Site is owned by Andrei Butenko, registered in Georgia. By using the Site or purchasing Products you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms do not use the Site and do not complete a purchase.
License to use the Products
The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.
You may use the Products in personal and commercial projects and you may modify or adapt them to fit your needs.
You may not distribute, publish, gift, sell or otherwise share the Products in whole or in part as stand-alone items, even for free.
Age and capacity
The purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years old, or they act with the consent of a legal guardian, and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Purchase, delivery and refunds
Payments are processed through the Paddle platform.
After successful payment you receive an instant download link for the Product.
All sales are final. A refund is not provided unless the seller decides to grant one at their sole discretion.
Updates and support
All future updates to the Products are provided free of charge.
Technical questions can be sent to nightbornideas@icloud.com. Replies are given as time allows without a guaranteed response time.
Pricing, taxes and fees
The price shown in the Paddle payment link for the specific Product at the time of purchase is the binding price.
Prices may change at any time before payment is completed.
The purchaser is responsible for any local taxes or fees required in their jurisdiction.
User obligations
You must comply with applicable laws and respect third-party rights.
You must not use the Products for unlawful purposes.
You bear full responsibility for the consequences of any actions taken with the Products and the Site.
Feedback, ideas and suggestions
Any feedback, ideas or suggestions you provide may be used by the Site owner without compensation and without an obligation to keep such input confidential.
Intellectual property
All rights to the Site, the Products and all branding belong to Andrei Butenko.
You may not use trademarks, logos or other proprietary materials of the Site without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the Products are provided “as is”. Accuracy, completeness, reliability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
The Site owner is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses that may arise from use of the Site or the Products.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless the Site owner, their team and partners from any claims, costs or losses that arise from
your use of the Site or the Products,
your violation of these Terms,
your infringement of any rights of a third party.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by Paddle, and the templates themselves are delivered through Framer or Figma. Because these are independent services with their own terms of use and privacy policies, the Site owner cannot be held liable for any interruptions, errors, or other issues that occur on those platforms.
Privacy policy
The handling of personal data is described in a separate Privacy Policy document, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
The Terms may be updated at any time. A new version is posted on the Site and takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
